About Valentin Foubert
French ski jumper born in Fontainebleau who represents Club des Sports Courchevel. Won mixed team normal hill bronze at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics before making his senior World Cup debut in December 2020 at the Four Hills Tournament opener in Oberstdorf. Broke through during the 2025-26 season with four World Cup top-10 finishes, including a career-best 4th place in Klingenthal (14 December 2025), which earned him selection for the 2026 Milano-Cortina Olympics. There he placed 5th in the individual normal hill event on 9 February 2026 - the best-ever result by a French men's ski jumper in Winter Olympics history.
