About Oscar Lombardot
French biathlete from Pontarlier, who began his international career near his early training base in Les Rousses. Selected to the French A team for the first time in 2023-24 after strong IBU Cup results, but has remained largely a squad reserve at the elite level - he served as a reserve/alternate for the French team at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Olympics without competing in any event there. Best World Cup result is a relay victory (Nové Město, March 2025, with Émilien Claude, Fabien Claude, and Quentin Fillon Maillet) and a relay silver (Östersund, 2023). Two-time Junior World Champion in the relay (2021, 2022).
Per France 3 regional coverage, he served as a reserve/alternate for the French team at the 2026 Olympics without competing, consistent with Wikipedia's results table showing no 2026 Olympic entries for him.
