About Nika Prevc

Dominant Slovenian ski jumper (SK Triglav Kranj) from Dolenja Vas, part of the famous Prevc ski-jumping family (sister of Domen and Cene Prevc, niece of Peter Prevc). Won the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup overall title three seasons running (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) -- becoming only the third jumper in history, after Adam Malysz and Maren Lundby, to do so -- and set the women's world distance record twice, first at 236m (Vikersund, March 2025) and then at 242.5m (Planica, March 2026), the current record . At the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics she won silver in the Normal Hill individual, bronze in the inaugural Large Hill individual, and gold in the Team Normal Hill event with the Slovenian team (Domen and Nika Prevc leading Slovenia to the title).

Won the 2025-26 overall World Cup with 2676 points, having taken 14 of 24 World Cup events before the Olympics, and won the overall title three seasons running from 2023-24 to 2025-26. Broke her own world record with a 242.5 m jump at Planica in March 2026. At the Olympics she was runner-up to Anna Odine Strøm in both individual events, taking normal hill silver and large hill bronze.
