Polish World Cup alpine ski racer and giant slalom specialist, born 19 February 1994 in Zakopane; races for TS Wisla Zakopane. Comes from a celebrated Polish winter-sports family - she is the seventh member of the Gasienica Daniel family to represent Poland at the Winter Olympics, following relatives who competed in cross-country skiing, ski jumping, alpine skiing and Nordic combined; her sister Agnieszka Gasienica-Daniel is also an alpine racer. Made her World Cup debut in December 2011 at age 17 and has competed across 14 World Cup seasons (2012-2019, 2021-2026), racing almost exclusively giant slalom at the elite level (zero World Cup podiums; best finish 5th, GS, Semmering, December 2025). Represented Poland at four Winter Olympics (2014-2026) and seven World Championships (2013-2025), with a best World Championships result of 5th in the 2021 Cortina d'Ampezzo parallel giant slalom. Won giant slalom gold at the 2013 Winter Universiade. Suffered a knee injury during a race at Soldeu in March 2025 (rest of the 2024-25 season) and, per Polish media, a further knee injury in March 2026 that ended her 2025-26 season.
