About Marion Chevrier
French World Cup alpine ski racer specializing in slalom and giant slalom, born 11 June 2001 in Annecy, Haute-Savoie; grew up skiing at La Plagne with her twin sister Axelle, whose parents are both ski instructors at the resort, and races for Club des Sports La Plagne. Joined the French junior national team in 2018 and the Europa Cup circuit in 2019. Made her World Cup debut in slalom at Levi in November 2023. Won three Europa Cup slalom races and topped the 2024-25 Europa Cup slalom standings, then placed 10th in slalom and 11th in the team combined (with Romane Miradoli) at the 2025 World Championships in Saalbach. Opened the 2025-26 season with her first World Cup top-ten (9th, Levi), adding another top-ten at Courchevel. Competed at the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics, placing 8th in the team combined (with Laura Gauche) but skiing out in the first run of the individual slalom. Won the French national giant slalom title in 2026.
FIS Code 198164. Twin sister Axelle Chevrier is also a French ski racer. 2025 World Championships: 10th slalom, 11th team combined. 2026 Olympics: 8th team combined, DNF1 slalom. 2026 French national GS champion. Won 3 Europa Cup slalom races and topped the 2024-25 Europa Cup slalom standings. Note: Wikipedia's infobox lists her birthdate as '6 November 2001', but this appears to be a misread of the FIS official biography's '11-06-2001' (FIS format is day-month-year, i.e. 11 June 2001) - used the FIS date.
Sponsors: Atomic (skis, boots) - per FIS official athlete biography (manufacturer-updated equipment fields) as of 2026; poles/helmet/goggle/glove sponsor not identified. Note: the FFS (French Ski Federation) 2025-26 team equipment brochure (already used for Camille Cerutti's entry) includes an equipment block that may belong to Chevrier, but positional attribution in that document was too ambiguous to confidently assign versus two neighboring athletes (Clarisse Breche, Clara Direz) - not used
