About Marin Hamill
American freestyle skier from Park City, Utah, who first strapped on skis at Alta and competes for the Park City Ski Club. Competed in slopestyle and big air at the 2022 Beijing Olympics, advancing to the slopestyle final but unable to compete after injuring her right leg in a crash; returned to competition in 2024 following ACL and meniscus surgeries. Clinched her second Olympic berth with a 2nd-place slopestyle finish behind Eileen Gu at the Laax Open in January 2026 - the first confirmed U.S. woman on the slopestyle/big air side for Milano Cortina. At the 2026 Olympics she finished 16th in slopestyle and 22nd in big air, then won gold in the inaugural Women's Ski Knuckle Huck event at the 2026 X Games in Aspen.
Won X Games Knuckle Huck gold in 2026 and was named to the 2026 Olympic team. Finished 2nd at the Laax Open in January 2026, securing her Olympic berth; her career-best World Cup result remains 2nd at Font Romeu in 2022. Placed 16th in slopestyle and 22nd in big air at Milano Cortina.
