About Liu Qi
Chinese ski jumper from Jilin City, Jilin, on the national team since 2012 (World Cup debut 2012-13 season, 7th place — the best World Cup finish by a Chinese athlete at the time). Suffered a career-threatening ankle injury and unsuccessful surgery in 2017 that forced a retirement, then made a comeback in 2019 after further surgery arranged by the Jilin Provincial Snow Sports Management Center. Set the all-time best Chinese result at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships with 24th place in 2023, and won all three individual women's gold medals at the 2024 National Winter Games of China. Competed at Milano Cortina 2026 (26th, Normal Hill; 26th, Large Hill; 8th with the Chinese team, Team Normal Hill).
FIS lists name order as 'Qi LIU'; Wikipedia article title and this session's Chinese-name convention (surname first, as with Zeng Ping) uses 'Liu Qi'.

- Ski Jumping
FIS athlete-biography 'Skis' field lists Fischer (bespoke competition ski-jumping equipment; retail range shows only RC1/Speedmax cross-country skis — see Products id 298 notes).
Ski jumping race ski from Fischer's ski jumping athlete roster, distinct from the brand's existing alpine and cross-country race-ski entries. Starting the 2025-26 season, Fischer Sports' ski jumping skis carry a co-branding partnership with the unrelated German fastening-technology company 'fischer Group', featuring the fischer Group's 'DuoPower' anchor-product branding on the skis alongside the Fischer Sports logo - this is a sponsorship/branding tie-up, not a new ski model name.
