About Jennie-Lee Burmansson
Swedish freestyle skier, born and raised at a ski resort in Sälen, who first got on skis at age two and moved from alpine racing into freeskiing at age eight. Broke out at 15-17 years old: won the slopestyle World Cup at Stubai in November 2017 and finished the 2017-18 season 3rd overall in the World Cup slopestyle standings (5 individual podiums, 1 win), competed at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, and won slopestyle bronze at Winter X Games XXII. A season-ending torn ACL suffered in New Zealand in September 2018 kept her out for a full year. Returned to competition and remains active on the World Cup/X Games circuit as of the 2026 season, reaching the Women's Knuckle Huck final at X Games Aspen 2026.
A 2026 X Games Knuckle Huck finalist. A 2018 Olympian and former World Cup slopestyle season leader, finishing 3rd overall in 2017-18, with X Games slopestyle bronze at Winter X Games XXII. Missed a full season to a 2018 ACL tear before returning to competition.
