About Elizabeth Lemley
American freestyle skier from Vail, Colorado, coached by John Dowling for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail; her father discovered moguls skiing watching the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics and introduced his children to the sport - Lemley was on skis at 9 months old and landed her first flips by age 9. Made her World Cup debut at 15 (2021-22 season) and was named Rookie of the Year. Won gold in moguls and silver in dual moguls at the 2022 Junior World Championships, then claimed her first career World Cup win (dual moguls, Idre Fjall) on 11 December 2022, in just her tenth career start. Won two gold medals (dual moguls, mixed team dual moguls) at the 2024 Winter Youth Olympics. Missed the entire 2024-25 season recovering from an ACL injury. At the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics - her Games debut at age 20 - won a surprise gold medal in moguls (82.30 points) after defending champion Jakara Anthony fell in the final, then added bronze in the inaugural dual moguls three days later. Also a licensed pilot (four-seaters and prop planes, earned at 17, following her pilot father); deferred her acceptance to Oberlin College (her father's alma mater) by a year to fall 2026, becoming the first Oberlin-affiliated athlete to compete at a Winter Olympics.
2026 Olympics: gold (moguls, 82.30 pts, upset win after Anthony's final-run fall), bronze (dual moguls). 2024 Youth Olympics: 2 golds (dual moguls, mixed team dual moguls). FIS official athlete biography's Skis/Boots/Poles fields are all blank.
