About Dominik Paris

Italian alpine ski racer specializing in downhill and super-G. 2019 super-G world champion and three-time Hahnenkamm (Kitzbuehel) downhill winner. Bronze medalist in the downhill at the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympics - his first Olympic medal in five Games appearances since 2010. Capped the 2025-26 season with a speed double (super-G and downhill) at the World Cup Finals in Kvitfjell/Lillehammer on 22 March 2026, his lone super-G podium of the season and 6th career SG win. Also the singer of the metal band Rise of Voltage.

World Cup record per Wikipedia (standings through 28 Feb 2026): 24 wins (19 DH, 5 SG), 52 podiums (34 DH, 17 SG, 1 AC). Not yet reflected in that Wikipedia snapshot: his 22 March 2026 Kvitfjell/Lillehammer World Cup Finals speed double (SG win, 6th career SG victory and 3rd at Kvitfjell specifically, ahead of Kriechmayr 2nd and Haaser 3rd; plus a DH win) and his Olympic downhill bronze at Milano-Cortina 2026 - both confirmed via olympics.com/skiracing.com and fisi.org (Italian federation) coverage. Finished 5th in the 2025-26 SG discipline standings. 21+ years with Nordica.

Sponsors: Red Bull (main sponsor); equipment: Nordica (skis/boots), Uvex (helmet/goggles), Leki (poles); co-sponsors: Finstral, Dolomiti Sportclinic, UB Bio - per official site as of 2026
