About Andrew Longino

Canadian halfpipe skier from Calgary, Alberta, on the national team since 2019. Won gold in boys' halfpipe at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics in Lausanne and was named Team Canada's closing-ceremony flag bearer. Overcame a serious back injury (a stress fracture at L4 in two spots, aged 13, requiring four months in a back brace) to return to the top level. Won World Cup bronze at Cardrona, New Zealand in the 2024-25 season, followed by another bronze at Copper Mountain in the 2025-26 season. Selected to Canada's 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic halfpipe team, his Olympic debut.

Both confirmed precisely: Wikipedia (citing CBC Sports, 20 Dec 2025) documents his bronze at the Copper Mountain stop of the 2025-26 season, and he was named to Canada's 2026 Milano Cortina halfpipe roster.

Sponsors: Stoko (knee-compression/protective sportswear - confirmed via Stoko's own ambassador-profile page for Longino). No ski/boot/binding sponsor could be confirmed via any source found (Freestyle Canada's own team page for Longino does not list a 'Sponsors' field, unlike some other Canadian teammates) - no ski/boot/binding gear rows added.
