About Abel Moga
Spanish freeride skier, AKA 'The Ultimate Showman', from Vielha in the Val d'Aran, Spanish Pyrenees - the region around his home mountain, Baqueira Beret. Made a standout FWT debut on home snow in 2022, taking 2nd place, and has continued to earn wildcard invitations to compete at Baqueira since, often invoked in the same breath as Spanish freeride pioneer Aymar Navarro. Delivered a signature run (double cliff drop into a clean backflip) on the Bec des Rosses at the 2026 Xtreme Verbier.
FWT's own bio nicknames him 'The Ultimate Showman' and explicitly frames his career 'in the spirit of the legendary Aymar Navarro' - he is one of Spain's most prominent freeriders, a home-mountain hero at Baqueira Beret with a runner-up finish on his 2022 debut and repeated wildcard selections since. Equipment: Instagram confirms Head Freeskiing/Head Sportswear as his sponsor; despite a targeted search of Head's current freeride lineup (Kore, Oblivion lines), no source names a specific personal model for Moga, so this is recorded at brand level only.
